WASHINGTON, DC (October 02, 2018) – The Gilbert, Arizona Office of Economic Development received four Excellence in Economic Development Awards during the International Economic Development Council’s Annual Conference, held September 29 – October 3, in Atlanta, Georgia.

“It is an honor to receive these awards from the international leader for the economic development profession,” said Dan Henderson, Director of the Gilbert, Arizona Office of Economic Development. “As Gilbert staff, we strive to be best in class, and pride ourselves on developing innovative methods to engage members of the community as well as local, national, and international businesses. We are delighted to share our best practices with industry peers and to be recognized by them for our work.”

The Gilbert OED received project awards in the following categories:
